National Training Center vulnerability assessment courses employ a systematic evaluation process centered on risk management-based DOE policy, applying quantitative or qualitative techniques to evaluate threats identified in the Design Basis Threat.
These courses illustrate scoping agreements; asset, facility, and protective force characterization; neutralization calculations; and analysis emphasizing system effectiveness.
These courses are structured for DOE Federal personnel, contractor S&S personnel, and other government agencies responsible for physical protection systems and program planning and management.
