Workday Transition

Hello Team!

The go-live date for Workday Learning has been moved to Monday, March 30th, to ensure thorough data transfer and validation. There will be a brief switch-over period from March 27th-29th when neither system is available, and some data from Learning Nucleus added prior to March 27th will be migrated to Workday after March 30th.

Please continue to register for NTC courses by submitting a Registration Request form to Registration@ntc.doe.gov.

We strongly recommend downloading a copy of your Learning Nucleus transcripts for your personal records.

How to Download Your Transcripts:

Log in to your Learning Nucleus account, navigate to your My Transcript page, and select the PDF, CSV, or Excel button. Remember to save the downloaded file.

Note: For questions about training assignments, scheduling, or due dates, please contact your training department or leadership. The Learning Nucleus Help Desk does not manage these areas. They are available to assist with other inquiries or if you encounter issues accessing courses and completions within the Learning Nucleus.​​​​​​
